RESERVE YOUR BUILD SLOT

Our Process

Here at VANHAUS Conversions we understand that creating something bespoke is a very personal experience, so we always encourage our customers to come to our workshop in person to discuss their estimate and reserve their build slot. Of course that isn’t always possible so we’re happy to carry out a Build Consultation over the phone/video call and send you an estimate via email.

Once you have agreed your estimate its time to secure your build slot with us!

STEP ONE - RESERVATION FORM & 10% DEPOSIT

We provide you with a formal ‘Build Breakdown’ estimate for your build based on your requirements discussed during your Build Consultation. Once agreed we send you, without any obligation, a ‘Build Slot Reservation Form’ and your ‘Booking Deposit Invoice’ that need to be completed and paid to secure your slot. Please note your deposit is non-refundable.

STEP two - new build tO-DO LIST and PRE-BUILD CONSULTATION

Once you are booked in we’ll provide you with a ‘New Build To-do List’ in preparation for your a Build Pre-Start Consultation, to be arranged 4 weeks before your estimated start date. Our to-do list includes lots of helpful information and links to help you decide on your overall theme, such as paint colours, fixtures and fittings.

STEP three - the beginning

Finally your build slot has arrived, and its time to deliver your vehicle to our workshop! Upon delivery we require 50% of the remaining Build Breakdown balance to be paid, which allows us to purchase materials and cover labour costs up to halfway completion of your conversion. The remainder of your Build Breakdown balance is spread over three payments:

50% completion
75% completion
Final collection
